We have senior line management experience

The substantial senior management experience of our consultancy team can be read in the section “Who we are”. What is important is not whether or not our credentials are impressive. What is important is what difference it makes.

The difference is that, as a result of this experience, we only value consultancy work which makes a difference – which is followed up and results in meaningful action. Wonderful reports which subsequently languish unread and ignored in drawers are the antithesis of what we are about.

We are Practical not theoretical. When we make recommendations, they are recommendations which we know can work, not the theory of some person whose line management experience has entirely been gained at Business School. This is not to decry the value of Business Schools – most of us have attended courses at leading international schools – but that value is only realised when the insights they give are married with practical know-how of what works.
