What Cogent Delivers

Cogent studies have delivered, on average, an improvement of 5.8% in profit to sales margin in manufacturing studies, and 1.9% in retail and wholesaling studies.

One client, CEO of a £500m business, described Cogent as a scalpel to improve profitability. The Tables below show the results of the 16 most recent Cogent studies we have carried out, 10 in manufacturing industries and 6 in UK retailing or wholesaling. One for a College of Further Education, which showed a higher level of projected benefit, has not been included as the outcome is not yet known.
